I know it's an iPhone 5 I'm asking about but can anyone recommend me a tough case as I'm a coach mechanic im always dropping my phone  :signLOL:

I just use as above glass screen protector and a cheap silicone case. Dropped loads. I'm think with an iPhone it's all about how it drops. Pot luck.

Screen Protectors - can't recommend MediaDevil enough.  I've used the Crystal Clear model on a 4s and a 5s, and an old iPad.  You get a couple in the box, they are way less expensive than the glass models, don't impede the usage in any way, and - if you fit them correctly - are pretty much invisible.
