Need some help on starting
LoneWolfForLife:
Hello i have a '08 volkswagen gti, and i would like some recommendations on what parts to install on it to make it quick but stealthly. I want to make it into a sleeper. So if you have advice on what to start off with and such, please tell me. Much appreciated(:
AJP:
Erm..
Matt black wrap to avoid enemy radar.
14" wheels.
TDI springs.
R8 engine.
Sorry, but ask a silly question..
mk5-beast-91:
Stage 1 remap.

I would say stick with the factory air filter as an aftermarked intake will be too loud to be a true sleeper, then opt for a 3" turbo back with sports cat with middle and rear silencers, milltek are known for being very sutble and my jetex system also sounded near enough standard with both boxes, you could also fit an s3 intercooler with alloy ends as this isn't a visable upgrade but will aid with keeping intake temps down, follow all this with an rtech map and you will have a quick little gti. if your going to upgrade your brakes I would recommend the r32 front setup as they are bigger but still don't draw attention like ttrs brakes would do.
Just my opinion though :popcornsoda:

I would say stage 1 remap for instant results and let the tuners explain to u how to glean more power with different mods as there are a few some of which were mentioned in previous post it just depends on how far you want to go and how deep you wallet is but as said before exhaust then remap is a good start
