I wouldn't worry about the 0-60. Get VCDS and run some logs.

start with specified vs actual boots. I'm sure other will give you some info on what blocks to log.

I had a full CAI fitted to my K03 for about 3 weeks then sold it on & reverted back to a Piperx panel filter due to the loss of low down torque. it is very noticeable & you feel like you have to rev the car more, almost like more turbo lag. Unless you are going stage 2+ I wouldn't recommend one, the loss of torque makes a slower road car
