Newb with 2008 edition 30

Just bought my lovely edition 30 in diamond black

Fantastic car and my 3rd 2.0tfsi.
1st was 2006 A3 S line se Dsg sportback which I tuned to a 270+ Amd map with all supporting mods ie: full milltek with blue flame down pipe & panel filter

2nd 2007 Seat Leon Cupra R 5dr with full 2012 facelift

And now my all time fav 2008 Golf Gti Edition 30 5dr manual.  :driver:

1st off had to change the pcv valve to revision R which I have done on all three of the Tfsi as it is most common issue next will be the cam lobe along with oil & filter change BMS or pipercross panel filter.

I noticed all rocker cover bolts seemed loosed so tightened them all up
And it seems so much tighter & smooth :laugh:

My other option was the 2007 r32 but I already had one in DSG and much happier driving a 2.0T.

what are the best mods to consider mainly for good maintenance & reliability

Do these models suffer with the old dv and can I put on a forge bov spacer
