S3 console bushes - get whole unit or just the bushes to press in?

Is it the done thing to get the complete bush in their mounts or get the bush only to press into my GTI mounts.....

Just the S3 bushes or SuperPro anti-lift kit. I preferred to get the SuperPro ALK with the brackets. Powerflex now sells the same but cheaper.

Personally I found it easier to just buy the entire S3 console bushes, which makes it a DIY job.   Bushes on their is much cheaper, but obviously you need to get the old ones pressed out and new ones pressed in, which is extra cost.  And they need to be pressed in at the right angle too.
