Refitting will be a bitch and will take two people cause on your own it would be easier wining the lottery.
The slave seal may need protecting or the little rubber oring could go missing if it's the type I'm thinking also bleeding of the slave should be kept in mind before refitting everything as new items can come faulty.

The luk kit says to throw the oring and use loctite 5980??
I will have to try and get it in on my own now. :stupid: A mate has offered to help when i fail.
I suppose i could connect and bleed it when its still on the jack??

Gearbox is in, managed it on my own in the end. I'm fooked now will sort the gearbox mount tomorrow.

After a massive effort today its all finished. I also replaced both inner cv boots and the ARB drop links.
Gear changes are smooth with a nice high biting point.
Don't work on a car if you are tired i went for a test spin around the block. When i got back i remembered the wheel nut bolts and main drive shaft bolts were only hand tight. I forgot about it after filling the transmission. muppet.
