Well got the engine in today... Abit fiddly but overall not to bad. Filled her up with oil and coolant. Pulled the fuel pump fuse and coil pack connectors off, gave it a crank over just make sure oil got everywhere. Fuse back in, coil packs connected and it started straight away.
Engine sounds sweet!
Only bad point is that the plate that goes between the engine and gearbox seems to catching somewhere on the flywheel and making a right horrible noise :sad1:
I've not put it completely back together as I'm not sure how to sort it out yet and I've had enough for one day.

I would check bolt 38

Wrong length would give you the problem!

I'm struggling to work out where that bolt would be on the car?? Is it the one for the small inspection panel on the back??
If so then it's not that as I have removed that panel upon hearing the noise. I'm hopeing it's not that so there's something else for me to try lol

That's the one I've seen fitted back to long and cause your noise,so it's not that then.
