Bold Sport issue (again)

Earlier this year I had an issue with Bold Sport who wouldn't reply to my emails in regards to an order. In total it took around 2 months for my things to arrive

Just last week I ordered 2 sets of LED brake lights from these guys, this time around they arrived really quick BUT they only send me 1 set of LED brake lights, now the wont reply to my emails again.

Saw another guy on facebook who had the same problem so I know its just not me.

Whats up with these guys? Really bad customer service. Definitely the last time I will be ordering from them

Just thought I put it out there because a lot of people from this forum order from these guys

Thanks quite a shame to hear.
I've bought all of my interior LEDs from them, and the quality has been great, but I notice the time between purchasing and receiving, it goes a little bit blank - you can't track your order / parcel.

I've always received what I've ordered on every single purchase. Sorry to hear of your problems - I really hope they will sort them for you.

It's a shame as I'd really like a full white LED interior light and number plate set from them, will have to chance it I guess...
