....They will have known Autosport was on for a long time - In fact they had a stand there. I think it more likely that they realised that the snow etc had been very difficult to predict in local areas and that even if the strip itself was clear, the minor access roads could easily have been lethal. I think they were being sensible. Anyway, hindsight is a very exact science.
I'm afraid that next weekend might not be too clever if it's wet and the temperature drops again as currently expected, but it's still early days.
