Window sills

Got some moss or mold on my window sills what do people do to get rid of this? Really annoys me  :sick:

Deagreaser and a good brushing followed by a blast with the pressure washer should do it, might take a couple of goes though.

Used autoglym engine and machine cleaner with a paint brush today and blasted it out with my jet wash and it all came flooding out! Thanks for the help happy I got rid of the horrible stuff  :signLOL:
