Wheel Protection
ollie288:
My plan is to buy the mitt and brush from Halfords tomorrow. And order the poorboys sealent, rimwax and bilberry wheel cleaner from autoperfection in the morning for friday delivery.
Do I need all three products from AP?
Is halfords the cheapest place? (I doubt it)
Cheers :happy2:
Greeners:
I personally don't use any cleaner on my wheels as with regular top up's of wax/sealent they don't need it. If you need to get into the back of the wheel an EZ Detail brush is the best I have used. :happy2:

So I would be best just washing with my normal car shampoo . Do I still need the poorboys sealant and rimwax or is it just one or the other?
Cheers :happy2:

Thats all I ever need to do! :happy2:
And as I have said, I tend to use the Poorboys then a decent wax to make the wheels shine! :pomppomp:
JPC:
get the poorboys on there for some good protection, then a bit of something else for some bling! ;)
you probably wont need any wheel cleaner, unless your doing 600/miles a week up and down the m6.
