Sorry for the down time.

The forum has been moved to my server .

You should notice that its running a little faster and the search is working. Please point out any bugs.

When I get a bit of time I think an upgrade is in order with image uploads.

As I understand it, I’ll wait for an answer to my personal messages for a long time, so I am writing here!
Actually, I’ve on your forum a long time ago, but I had to register again - why, I’ll tell you later.
Recently, I broke up with my husband (some people know him here!), and I've been chatting on dating sites for 2 years. It's a shame, but it's true.

Hi all,

Initially I thought ML but they are 30mm wide and I think I need 28mm. I can find 330x28mm but these are from the pre-2011 Mercs which use M12 bolts not M14 so will I have to get them drill

Looking for someone who’s got an old buggered injector laying around really as don’t want to pay for a whole new or used injector or set! just for a spring. Of course I’ll give cash for the spring if som

95 is fine
For a stage 1 map...?
Rtech say Tesco's momentum or shell v power

It will run fine on 95. It won’t produce the best power but there isn’t problem running 95.

Not that I’ve heard of but I can’t say for sure. I don’t actually have the can emulator that I linked to. I’ve got the mk6 MFSW and a CH version steering wheel controller so it doesn’t need anything else to work.

2005 mk5 GTI - high spec
Location: Newbury
Collection Only

It is with a heavy heart that I put my much loved GTI up for sale due to a new car purchase after 10 great years together.

112,000 miles
Diamond black magic paint
3 door
MOT til March 2020
Registered May 2005
Bought by myself in January 2009 with 45,000 miles on the clock.
Since then, I have done the following mods to the car:
Painted side skirts, rear bumper and front splitter
R32 / Edition 30 rear lights
Lowered on Eibach Sportlines (about 2 years old)
Full turbo back BCS 'Sports Prestige' exhaust (about 2 years old)
S3 intercooler (about 7 years old)
RCD510 DAB radio
Passat window switches and light switch (chrome tipped)

It's always been mapped with Revo stage 1 since the day I bought it - it's running about 240bhp.
I have always run it on Tesco 99 Super Unleaded.

It's a high spec car with the following factory fitted options:
Black leather heated seats with electric lumbar support
Cruise control
Xenon headlights
Dual zone climate control
Highline display
Front centre armrest
Luxury pack - auto lights, rain sensor, heated and folding mirrors, coming/leaving home lights
It did also have the mega rare option of both wing mirrors being anti-dazzle (as well as the rear view mirror) but sadly they don't work anymore.
Not factory fit but I added Kufatec Fiscon Basic Plus for bluetooth calling. It also allows music playback over bluetooth.

The interior is in fantastic condition as I've replaced any worn bits over the years.

I had the wheels refurbed by Platinum Alloys in January 2017 as they were badly corroded with white worm (I've never kerbed any of the wheels). Sadly there are signs of white worm coming back again.

The front wings and tailgate were replaced a few years ago under warranty due to rust. The rest of the paintwork is the only real let down on the car - there are a few stone chips and small rust patches. Nothing that couldn't be easily addressed though.
Full service history including £2000+ of work carried out in the last year for new clutch and fly wheel, timing chain and adjuster replacement and air con compressor.

The car is in Newbury / Thatcham, Berkshire. I hope someone can love it as much as I have.
