Hi noticed my brake pedal is solid in the morning, all seems normal again once car is started.
Any ideas? Could it be a servo issue?

The first sign of servo failure is usually hissing noises from the footwell. Not heard of the car having a big ol' stiffy in the morning though. Is it hard with the engine running? Might be worth checking the brake servo feed line as it has a couple (I think) check valves in it.

Thanks pudding, pedal goes back to normal as soon as car is started.
The more I've been thinking about it, I recently had new rear calipers and discs and pads all round, since then I have been parking it in gear with handbrake off..
Maybe this is why it is pressurised in the morning?
Have to see how it goes...

i would say you are losing vacuum overnight?
i found the brake servo vacuum pipe on mine had a small split in it. It runs along the firewall and then enters the back of the engine very close to the battery.
