Title: 2005 Rear VW Roundell. Help..Where's best/cheapest place to Source One Plz

Just bought an early 2005 MK5 Golf GTI. The rear badge has detoriated and needs replacing.

Priced one at VW today and they want £107!! Apparently the whole rear mechanism is included.

Can they not just peel off and a stick on replacement do?

If not can I source it cheaper in the UK?? No luck on Ebay as yet.

Any help appreciated especially if I can do it cheaply. I don't want a black painted one but a chrome type one as fitted.

Best bet is ebay or scrappy.

I picked one up off ebay ast week for £40. :happy2:

Doesn't seem much on ebay for a 2005 model. Is there anywhere else that does OE discounted stuff?.
