Looking to upgrade the air filter, want a k & n but some people say piper cross ones are better?
Any one got any ideas? Also what should i be looking to pay?

Pricey but;
Forge Twintake, ITG Maxogen & Evoms Intake systems are the best rated for the Tfsi (In no particular order) I know the ITG & Forge definately have product reviews on here to help you decide. . .

I've no experience of it sorry. Someone else on here must have. Ive had;
Carbonio (Looks great, not much gain and not upto stage2+),
Dbilas (well built but heavy, uses small K&N panel filter in a force fed airbox. One of the quieter intakes)
ITG Maxogen (My favourite so far, andy jackson @ ITG was very helpful. They have a great reputation in motorsport. loudest of the inlets and logs show great airflow)

Nuespeed p flow is very good, comes in red or black, excellent fit and finish, only £180 from awesome

I have a forge twintake for a k03 off my Leon Fr 1 week old unsure if it would fit your golf but much cheaper than new.

i bought the itg maxogen sounds wiked! but im selling the car now so flogged the itg to a friend of mine yday! thanks for your help tho
