Title: GTD Purchase
Post by: stugolf on August 15, 2017, 08:02:04 am
Hi Guys

I'm currently looking at a MK7 GTD, its a lovely car but I'm struggling to get a list of what options the car has from factory? I haven't seen the service book yet but is there a website which list what the codes are? Or do I have to call the dealers?

Thanks

Call the local stealers with registration they will tell you service history if VW serviced and also any additional options purchased on order.

Cheers, I've asked the car garage for who the local dealer was and will be able to speak to them

Thanks

Have you had a good drive in one?

I found mine to be really boring to drive and am in the process of handing it back.
Great on fuel and comfortable but no poke in it all.

Does anyone know if the GTD 185's are effected by the emissions recall?

Yes I quite liked the smoothness of the car and suits me needs, I think it does have lots of poke but can feel numb in anything other than Sport mode
