……just try going back to you old posts and press "Modify" then add a word or two and see if your post count rises.

I want to change my climate control unit from the standard 3 dials in my 06 plate mk5 tdi to the gti control unit that has dial climate control with the digital displays for each side.. If u know which I mean.. Can I do a straight swap from one to the other or can I even change it at all? How complex is it? Do you know? Thanks :)

Same with me. I was in a rush to buy my car. Then a few months later found the one I wanted all spec'ed up. Xenons, dual zone, folding mirrors, parking senors, sunroof, lower mileage and charlestons etc.
Only 2k more than I paid for my car. Stealer wanted 3k less what I paid for mine to px.
Was going to buy it and move the rns from old to new car and try to sell it private.

Never mind, going to spend alot on mine and later when I sell the car, strip it and sell parts seperate.

Its no fun without modding. :wink:
