Title: Rough idle ed30

Does anyone have an idea what this could be?
Pcv replaced
Diverter valve replaced
Spark plus replaced
New head on engine
Smoke test and leak test been done no leaks visible

Injectors
Carbon build up
Uneven compression
Worn engine mounts

The list goes on.....
