Title: JCT600 Bradford VW

Just collected my car from JCT600 Bradford VW after MOT, major service and brake fluid change.  Excellent treatment!  Faultless.

For once, the dealer listened to my requests and..

..used long-life oil (even though on T&D)
..didn't clean it
..rang at exactly 3pm to let me know it was ready

Service booklet correctly filled out and service indicator reset properly.

These are all things that in the past have not been done, so it was a refreshing change to be treated as you would hope to be treated!  Well done Vinny at JCT600 Bradford!  :happy2:

Did they charge extra for the Longlife oil?

No, charged the same amount.  No quibbling.  I had longlife last year, so just asked if I could have the same again.  :happy2:
