Hi All,
After a visit to a local indy and also to Awesome GTI with my Ed30 I am left with a strange clunking noise coming from NSR boot/suspension area.
Both the Indy and Awesome are unable to tell me what it is and say that nothing is broken upon inspection
I guess im wondering if anyone else has had this or anything similar?
Its when i go over bumps but only every now and again, not all the time.
Is anyone local to South Manchester and fancy a listen/look, obviously i'll sort you out with beer tokens.
Tbh im thinking of getting selling it soon, and i'd like to fix this issue before i do, thanks :happy2:

I have a similar issue, although I'm beginning to think mine is something inside the car.

I'm not an expert in any way, but wondered, possibly the spare wheel or jack kit etc? Worth a quick look.

PM'd mate.

mine seems to come from quite high up, round by the seat belt, but its not actually the seat belt. very confusing.
cheers shorty - replied.

I've experienced the same noise too from time to time and can only put it down to being the rubber weights on the parcel shelf ropes clanging about hitting the side panels in the boot.

I've used some retractable ID badge cables to secure the rubber balls to the luggage net in mine so I don't think that's the cause in my case.
