Title: New ed30 owner looking for advice

Morning guys, recently purchased a lovely manual ed30 just looking for some advice 🤙🏻

Car is stage one - itg induction - miltek de-cat - helix clutch

How often should I change cam follower? Pick up pipe?
How often do you service your eddy ?
Any other servicable items I should be thinking of?

What is the best performance / sounding dv valves for these engines ? I used to run gfb valve on my old 1.8t

Best website to buy parts from ?

Any other useful info is appreciated   !!!
