Water based gel, fairly thick and goes on easy. No ingredients that will degrade the tyre. One layer will look glossy at first but will dry to give a more natural black finish (1-2hrs). You can put on another layer if you want more gloss.

Seems to last about a month with cleaning and looks good for the duration. Make sure the tyre is clean before applying.
