i think there should be a VW part available.
you could fit an r32 rear bumper and get a new lower plastic bit to clip in.
i think the Golf R-line has this look on the rear. i.e r32 rear with no exhaust cut outs

Don't suppose anybody got any pics of an R-line?

you can get it from VW, it will take a std GTI exhaust insert i think, also theres a MEGA long thred about this on golfgtiforum.co.uk. il see if i can find it and post up

....
All R32 bumpers (correctly called Rear Spoiler) have cut-outs for all exhaust configurations. The lower detachable section is called an Exhaust Trim and that's the part you need without cut-outs.

but ed30 rear spoiler and exhaust trim are all one piece so they cant be seperated :happy2:

looking at the r-line now, its not based on the r32. more like the votex/ed30. but if joe says that all the exhaust trims fit, then you should be ok

Can anyone confirm if the exhaust trim from a GTI will fit the R32 rear? I have seen some posts that suggest they are not compatible.

^^^^
The GTI (not Ed30) black 'plastic' rear is also only one piece - The Exhaust Trim lower is not separate.
You can get aftermarket Exhaust Trims that will accommodate twin pipes to one side but also fit the R32 'Spoiler'. OSIR offer plastic (I think) as well as carbonfibre.

Cheers RR, I had assumed the GTI exhaust trim was separate from the spoiler. I'll have a look at the OSIR parts.

i thought the GTi exhast trim could be seperated too
