Hi,
I currently have a late 2007 BWA GTi, 110k, with:
Scorpion 3" DP and sports cat
Autotech HPFP
RamAir CAI
Stage 2 Revo.
V-Power only.
So its probably around the 240hp mark?
I also intend to fit a LSD to help the front out!
Question is - would i see much benefit from an S3 IC and/or fuel injectors? it seems the only option before going K04 - which seems to gain very little in HP for the expense. I understand that a K04 might improve the usefulness of the power though. Thoughts?

Injectors would be no benefit with the K03, the turbo would be at limit before the standard injectors
S3 intercooler would be of benefit just to help with temperatures

Your hardware should be capable of at least 270bhp. 240bhp is more like what you'd see at Stage 1 with standard hardware.
Are you saying a k04 conversion 'gains very little HP for the expense'?
I'm not sure who's been advising you or what you've been reading, but I wouldn't call it accurate. A k04 on your car would give you upwards of 340bhp. An S3 intercooler and injectors would be more or less essential if you went k04. But not if you're staying k03. Intercooler maybe, but definitely not injectors.
If someone's telling you your car should be putting out 240bhp, stop listening to them. If your car is actually putting out 240bhp, there's a fault.
