Title: New BBS for the GTi :)
Post by: Mark M on January 07, 2009, 11:54:56 pm
These BBS are sort of half way between ED30 and CH's I suppose. Model Number is VZ033, bought from PW Motorsport.

Getting the rear camber set back to normal next week, and going a touch lower at the back :)

Did have 19" CH's about a year ago, but thought they were a tad too big.

Also had Bentley GT wheels/Merc wheels/TT wheels etc. So gone full circle.

Next is possibly Cayenne 6 pot front brakes, US rear bumper, leather and genuine xenons (to replace my HID's).

The car looks great.

Aren't the VZs basically E30 wheels though?

Hi folks,

sorry been busy of late. Answered a couple of q's by PM.

Yes, they are 18", seem an ok size, and will now be my stock wheels.

Front grille is painted a BMW gunmetal colour, the name evades me.

The car is slammed on FK Silverlines, wound all the way down at the front, and the rear lowered to suit, with plenty thread left :)

I've got a set of these wheels too.
The VZ033s are 8x18 and ET44 so similar to Pescaras or COs but slightly different. They sit in the arch a bit better than Pescaras and have more of a bright silver finish than OE wheels and much much brighter than Pescaras.
