Do you have any existing scans/coding from the car?

If not you might find it hard to do, do you know what abs module you have fitted to the car?

I'll have to ask him if he saved it mate, no idea what abs module it is as it's not been taken out

Hi @SI-R32 (http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=1757) I saved the code in my laptop as the other guy who came out replaced ecu and clock didn't program the abs.
Can I program this with vcds ?
Looks like I didn't save the abs data after all  it was ecu data

Sorry for massive late reply, what is vcds telling you your brake unit is, mk60ec1? Mk60, Mk70? Pop into module 3 abs and it should tell you, then we can proceed from there

No worries Si, I understand you're busy unlike some of us who have no life lol  :signLOL: sorry private joke as I'm suffering with chronic nerve pain.
I'll have another look and let you know thanks

So could be a nightmare, have you any saved scans of your car from vcds?

Not looking good then but here you go. Fitted with a used ecu, cluster and body control module. The chap who came out with his software got the car started but cannot code the ABS as the coding ATM looks like 000000000000000000

Because I've got your vin and abs module part number I might with a couple more details like brake disc size and stuff make up a code for you, It'll be tomorrow though as on nights

It's also really good you only have 1 fault of not coded, so you should just be able to bang in a code tomorrow once I get a few more details

Just fyi for anyone reading this in the future, always scan your car whether new or old save a complete scan somewhere safe, it may just get you out the sh*t in the future

The build sticker in the boot or service book with the codes on might save you a bit time if you send SI that.

Update to this:

With the help of @SI-R32 (http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=1757) I've managed to code the used donor abs pump for this tsi mk6

Previously hand brake, ABS as traction control were flashing but have now stopped flashing. Only things left are the tc and abs are at a solid state and we believe needs basic settings carried out.

Thanks again SI  :drinking:

Update on ABS ISSUE NOW RESOLVED BY ME AND THE HELP OF A MEMEBR  :happy2:

Customer took car and probably put the two keys together and car wouldn't start and ABS module 00000000000000000000000000'D Out so no codes were present for the ABS module and I tried the old code but it wouldn't work!!! After several attempts I tried a different code and it went straight thought accepting the code and off I went about setting the ABS booster.
Cleared all codes but one 00003 control module No or incorrect basic settings/ adaption
Tc and abs were flashing on the car again so I set about doing a procedure that @SI-R32 (http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=1757) sent me via pm and guess what after tying the last time I only took the ABS light off but today I got both lights flashing again and then reset the control module and boom all lights are off and cars back to its former self  :jumping: the guy at the garage is over the moon as it's his mates mums car and they've been at him for over 6 weeks about the car!!!
Called the owner and the owner said they will drive it around for a week and if alls well he will get the remainder of the payment so I'll be happy to give SI a drink for all the help and support he has given me. Not sure if I'll get anything but will see as I've just got the garage out of a heap of trouble  :signLOL:

Thanks again SI will be in touch pal

Hey guys, really need your help. I got an VW MK6 GTI 2010 which i only recently purchased and I have the 01130 Implausible Signal error as well as 01276 ABS hydraulic pump error.

Now i looked at the pump itself and on the physical part sticker it shows part # 1K0 614 517 BB and when i scan it using a tool it shows part #: 1K0 907 379 AM and ESP MK60EC1

Now what does this tell you. I can see the lines on the pump have never been undone so i cannot see it being changed at some stage.

I dont have VCDS but could get my hands on one. What would i be able to do? Just need some advice. Much appreciated in advance.
