Title: ALK Fitted - what about the rear equivalent?
Post by: Chris_R on July 18, 2019, 05:12:06 pm
Just fitted ALK last weekend, poly bushed the rest of the arm and new ball joints. Handles sweet, but now the rear end feels really squishy in comparison. What's the recommendation for the rear end to get it all feeling planted while still being road focused (pot holes, noise etc)

Polybushing the rear is pretty labour intensive and you then run the risk of noise being amplified by the boot. A stiffer arb and different rear geo (less camber plus small toe out) will make the car turn in sharper.

Just rebush the back end with new OEM bushes.   If you poly bush the whole car you will regret it.
