Title: Front Reg surround colour?

Hi guys, getting the splitter CC'd and was the inside to be the same black as the number plate surround. I know to most it will look ok in your regular gloss black but things like this I become a bit of a perfectionist! Does anyone know the exact name for the black or the paint code?
