Well, as Phil Mcavity can vouch for, I've had a knocking sound on my driver's side front for about a month now. Finally got over to JBS now the snow has gone and had it looked over.
The top mount and bearing were fubarred, probably due to several incursions with road rash pot holes over the winter and needed replacing.
JBS were very good. Diagnosed the problem within half an hour of having the car and then ordered the part, had it delivered and on the car the following hour and a half. Top job.
Car is now back to normal stealth mode without the added knocking :happy2:
So, if you have a similar issue, it could be this.
Thanks for reading

Went to the Sheffield cruise last night (nothing to do with the "other" style of cruising ) and my car was probably the most stealth there.....ish! :rolleye:

I have been getting a hell of a lot of this too.. I put it down to the top mounts, but im running the solid KW versions, which are pretty noisey anyways..
They definitely need a look at though.. Haven't got round to it yet.
