hi rex , what mods have you done performance wise ? and what power are you putting out 0-60 , bhp etc
Well, if by performance you mean engine I have done a few mods: REVO remap and K&N 57s-9500 Cold Air Intake.
After the remap here is a dyno.

You guys measure the torque in a different way so it might not make sense to you. I feel I could have done better considering the high temperatures (I think the outside temperature was greater than 30 degrees and the fact that the dyno could not get the best of my car (the boost values were smaller on dyno than on the street). But I guess this is everybody's excuse .
Regarding 0-60 I have to say I have no idea. I once measured 0-62 and it was 9.0 sec (+/- 0.2 sec) but with a imperfect start. I haven't tried since...
I would say my car with a remap is slightly slower than a 2.0 tdi (I know you know how this feels) with a remap (around 170bhp). I made a comparison with a buddy of mine from 30mph to 130mph and the gained 10m from me (5 meters while I was in 2nd gear, 5 meters when I was in 3rd gear and he gained nothing when I was in 4th gear). Hope this comparison helps.
Anyway, with a remap the car will not be a fast car but it will definitely be considerably faster than before
-
The new feel of the car must have gone very quick   Looks awesome lowered and bbs rs. Cant wait to see some more updates! Health to drive mate :happy2:
-
right then !
as promised , throught the day ive grabbed a few snaps with a proper camera instead of my phone :)
hope u like

I searched high and low for coilivers for the mk6 mate and was hard to get reviews as not many people in the UK are running mk6's yet so i went over the water to us forums and asked around , to my suprise 90% over there are running rokkors , and at 160 quid delivered I thought if try them , can honestly say they are 10times better than my fks , and they sit perfect , can be a little bouncy but the money I'm well impressed , plus they were red which didn't sway me at all I promise

imo that looks perfect just as is.
Cheers matey

Ollie you have totally transformed the angular look of the mk6 with the BBS wheels :congrats:
They make the mk6 look alot smoother and cleaner and more rounded like the mk5.
I just love the whole look.
Never really liked the mk6, but that might have been the Gti. Your bumpers, grills, lights.... everything looks so clean. (Less is more an all that)
....I'm going on again, :ashamed:
