Come on fella, don't tease us with just a few shots. Are you putting up a build thread? Still miss my S2 but the edition is a worthy replacement.

That would be stupid fast. Shopping trolley comes to mind!

It is very quick it left a Porsche GT2 RS on a straight on track last week. Interestingly the Porsche has the same BHP per ton as my Lotus.
They are 611bhp and weigh 1370kg
-
it doesn't seem fast on the video but it feels it, when youre in the car, around a tight track like Oulton Park
-
VAG 2.0L versus Duratec 2.0L :driver:
-
I've been round Oulton before and that looks fast to me. The (lack of) weight must make it so accurate. Lovely.
What intake are you using?

Wow. That turbo makes some noise. Fantastic car.
Lighweight, rwd and mountains of torque... slightly jealous!

The 3 Fun Cup Beetles on this video, are lightweight (space frame chassis, fibre glass shell), rear wheel drive, 1.8 VAG engines with Sadev sequential box. They are single seat, later on I couldn't get near one of them through Druids.

I think there's room for an Exige/Elise competitor for VAG. Think vx220 but a little bit 'nicer'.
Everything's just so bloody heavy these days. Close to 1000kg, rwd, sub 300bhp tsi. Half as much power/weight as yours would still be fun.
I doubt it'll happen though.
