Title: Workshop Emissions- Loss of power

Hi.. looking for any information or help. I have a gt tdi 54 plate golf. I was recently driving on the motorway when I loss of power, and the engine management light come on saying Workshop Emissions. It only seems to happen at 80mph and in 6th gear. I can switch the engine off and on and it regains power until that speed and it goes again. I can rev it all the way in lower gears just when I get to 6th.
