i am looking to refurb all bushes ,shock absorbers and fit uprated Eibach arbs.
i want to stay with standard bushes and shocks or as near as as possible.
where can i get a good deal ?
what make bushes are close to standard?
All advice welcome, i dont want the ride to be too harsh.

I have the racingline suspension kit / H&R small arbs / Superpro's road durometer polybush front arm kit and the ride is still pretty decent whilst improving handling no end. I did however avoid the rear bushes due both to the high labour costs and also fear of road noise getting amplified through boot.

i would like to replace every bush with oem or the equivilent.

I went Febi-Bilstein on most of the stuff I replaced but had to flit between ebay ecp and Eurodoc for the best deal on some.
For your tops mounts the scuttle panel needs dis-assembled to get to the three bolts which are a t**t to get off. Mine span as the rubber was gone that they're cast into. Make sure you mark your wiper arm position as it's a pain of trial and error otherwise when re-fitting.

Will do ,thanks

I am thinking about upgrading my suspension.
Is it adviseable to upgrade all the bushes with the kit? I was under the impression the kit was all that was required for the upgrade.

I have been trying to find a diagram showing all the bushes but no luck.

There is a bush diagram on powerflex website?
