Post by: Dave Y on August 08, 2019, 04:16:56 pm
As above is it worth fitting on a edition 30 with a stage 1 APR map ?
I like noise will this be loud ?
Anywhere doing a good deal on these ?

Hey Dave,

You won't notice a power increase unless the software is matched. May be worth considering an intake system, a full turbo-back and a few other little bits and going for stage 2 software? At least then you will benefit from the actual gains of the exhaust instead of just noise.

Contact AKS Tuning, and I will work out what we can do on the price for you  :happy2:

the problem is my car has done 105,000 miles so i plan to stick with the APR stage 1.The previous owner had a Milltek centre piece welded in so i plan to get a catback system fitted.

Hi Dave

Why is a problem?

That’s not high mileage for its age.

Dan from Turners Performance advised to keep it as is so as not to put too much strain on the engine at this mileage.
