Title: Edition 30 flat spot/loss of power at 3-35k

Just wondering if anyone could help me, when I give the edition 30 some pasty its gets to 3k fine then I get a sort of hesitation to 3.5k then it takes off again just wonder if anyone else has experienced this problem?
