Title: The long standing settings debate
Post by: Madone on September 12, 2015, 09:28:09 am
Just got my stage 2+ revo installed and have a sps+. Reading through the manual seems the route of the confusion over the fuel setting is the manual is stating 9 is rich

Range 0: Stock Air-Fuel Ratio (AFR)

Range 9 Performance Air-Fuel Ratio (AFR)

On stage 2+ I would run

B-8
T-4 or 5
F-6

I would highly recommend you look at data logs after you have changed the settings

Haha, 999 sounds optimistic

My settings have all been set by logging at the tuner, so don't plan on changing them.

The interesting thing is that 0 is stock fuel setting from VW and this is the richest setting. Going leaner than this actually gives more power. Which on face value would seem odd, I.e. You would think Richer would mean more power  :jumping:
