Title: Led headlight bulbs?

I was thinking about installing a HID kit in my Golf but I stumbled across these.

Surely they won't be as bright as a standard bulb?  But would be a lot more straight forward than a HID kit.

Anyone any experience or recommendations?!

I bought a pair for a previous car, stay away! The light just disperses and they're not very bright.
