.... In the snow!
All that power/torque is no good when there's lots of snow and ice on the ground!
Coupled with the big brake kit ensuring the front wheels lock up as soon as you sneeze on the pedal!
Don't worry, I've driven it in the dry so know what it can be like on a good day, but over the last few days its not been good! I've barely seen anything over 2,000rpm!

i was actiually going to mention the brakes in a thread. thought the big brake kits might have been a little to harsh for slippy roads

I'm almost glad the Ed is in the dealers lol, the roads are just sheet ice round here as its been blue skies for 2 days and the melted snow has frozen, the courtesy polo with its 155 tyres and 60Bhp just gets on with it no drama compared to the 30! :smiley:

In mid november the missys asked me to shift to standard program (220hk) and it works like a charm. (APR shift via cruise control) :jumping:

fully agree, i have switched back to a stage 2 map on mine and its still a nightmare
