Title: Changing leather seats with edition 30 seats.
Post by: howie1987 on September 22, 2015, 11:42:03 am
Hi

Am looking at swapping leather heated seats to an edition 30 from a normal mk5 gti. edition 30 also has heated seats.

Would this be a straight swap?

also see on my front passenger seat, when i try to open the seat to get in the back. the back of the seat folds down but the full seat doesn't slide forward unless i pull the lever at the front. any ideas on how to fix this aswell?

thanks again.

Don't do it , the ED30 seats are part what makes it different to a standard GTI ..... If you do do it keep the originals . It would be a straight swap over .
Aren't all fold down seats like that ?
