Title: Wiper spray cleaner slow to respond

Might just be a VW thing but you can count to 3 before my windscreen wash is sprayed after pulling the stalk. Is this normal?

Mine is instant, maybe the pump within the washer bottle is getting lazy? Obviously it is getting power fact it works at all.
