Flushed all old coolant and replaced with genuine g13
New oil pick up pipe, ECS magnet sump plug
Full service
Cam follower
Rev g DV

Boost gauge, apr boost tap
Fitted my 18" monzas what I had from old car.

Car need a deep clean inside when I have time as it's been neglected as I've been doing all the above and slowly panel by panel machine polishing it as it's really swirly  hopefully have all the paint corrected before my winter detail, times ticking! Just trying to get it up to my standards.
Couple of pics of how it's looking, looks and drives much better on the 18" monzas

So the other day this arrive, ceramic revo intake
(https://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fdaz.co%2Fmedia%2Fb497%2Fchris1992nufc%2F059E0FC2-8766-4901-8599-FEA6839E8A1E_zpsb5pneryf.jpg&hash=0fbdfb5bbb04b992906c871e41b052d648fdfc68)
And today I finally had a chance to fit it. This is my first real performance mod ever, hopefully many more to come :happy2:
This is what i have and will always think of the stock airbox, I hate removing it.

Wasn't sure when I first took it out for a spin earlier but after a short journey I love it :driver: I followed the intrusions perfect but still had a few washers left and a bracket left also missing a bolt to screw the bracket onto the battery tray, anyone else found this with their revo intake or have I cocked up?

About time you got a build thread Chris :happy2:

I was on the fence! But that's convinced me to get a camcoat! :happy2:

Great progress Chris. liking the mods you have done so far.
How do you find the revo induction kit ? is it really noisy and annoying or a nice subtle sound ?
Thanks

Whoops! Just bought one :signLOL:
Would be interested to see if the camcoat is worth the extra money - I just paid out else id regret it later on down the line! :innocent:

For those asking if the ceramic coat intake is worth it your asking the wrong guy :signLOL: never had any experience with air intakes ever or even seen the other revo one in the flesh I just seen there was two and for the sake of £50 quid or whatever extra I thought I'd get the 'better' one. All I can say is it seem a great quality product, well made etc even tho I'm having a little trouble with it as I can hear the shield tapping/rattling on idle and the silicone pipe is rubbing a tad on the shield but tbh I'd say it's my fault how I fitted it, this weekend il get it sorted.

Just been out so I could stand on the side of the road as I got someone to drive past and it sounds just right from the outside for me, doesn't sound really really loud or to quiet. Although it was really foggy and couldn't give it a real kick up the arse, inside and out I'd say it's in the middle or maybes pushing towards noisy to what you wrote above. It's gives the gti a voice!
Like I said it's hard to answer things like that as I've never had any intake before or even Hurd the other ones that seem popular on here such as evoms, itg etc

Sure you'll like it :happy2: for me I think it looks the best too.
Next things planned are:
Revo stage one
Pre cat delete
Sfs boost pipes
Clean intake valve and I'm yet to decide what route to go down concerning the PVC
The above will be the next things il be doing and not in that order. Then coilovers , engine mounts etc etc.....the list goes on :happy2:

Little update, been busy again today. Removed standard exhaust and knocked the pre cat out.
