Hi guys this one is driving me mad, I have installed the armrest but the air guide will not allow the storage box to fit in. I have this air pipe 1k0884 255 and the storage box is 863323 it has a bit in it for the cooling like the glove box, so there must be a flatter air guide that goes to the rear vents but also has a pipe to the little vent piece in the storage compartment I have been to the stealers but they couldn't identify which air guide is the correct one for this armrest and storage box. does anyone have this storage box fitted and if so could I have the pipe number please. the guy at the parts said if he had a vin from a car with the same pipe he could order it in for me. any help would be great thanks guys

For my install I removed item 31 then fitted parts 10 & 23 on the first link

Its part 8 that I'm having problems with the stealers said there are about 6 different types but he couldn't tell me which one is the correct one to fit with the storage box. I think the pipe I have is the one that goes with the CD changer or ipod dock mine is just the L shaped stowage with the air cooling bit like the glove box has.

The first link sheds a bit light on the issue - I'm sure others will advise you if you post a few photos of what you've got - like I said its one of the worst jobs on the vehicle for my money!
