Title: Found in my glovebox?

Any one have any idea at all what this is? Found it in the glovebox...

Does it have any numbers on it usually 9 digits starting in 1 then we could look it up

Can't really tell, a wheel speed sensor maybe? Thought they were black though...

Doesn't actually look like something off a mk5 golf to me..

Was the last owner a sparky??

It's defo off a car,  more likely German due to the type of electrical plug it has moulded into it

I believe it could be a crankshaft sensor

Does it have a part number on it could possibly be (036906433E)

Thats a crankshaft sensor had mine replaced two days ago after engine cutting out and constant cranking in the korning  :scared: :mad: Usually the sensor fails or gets covered in muc, especially from the 4motion gearbox and dual mass flywheel
