Title: Hi guys! Will you mind to direct me what to do with my secondhand VW Golf GTX.

Guys I have the plan to buy this car as can be seen here but no clue what to change and wha should I do first before
I put on road. I want your help like what will be the common parts to change as soon as got it and what to expect from it as far as  service concerned.
It has 116k ks on road already! a little bit rust suspension
