Title: what uprated clutch ?

hi  guys im after a new clutch the car is a 06 plate gti with 30k on the clock .

been thinking of a s3 one (a mate has 1 from a older s3 that had a o2m box would that fit)

or maybe a single mass swap ?

any ideas would be goo
