Any opinions/advice on this kit?
Stage 2 eddy looking for a brake upgrade. Originally looking at s3/r32 but may be tempted to spend that little extra and go for a 4 pot setup

Seems a bit of a pointless kit changing it to fit Merc discs.
You can buy refurbished TTRS calipers for £350 or less
Decent pads for £120
AKS brackets (which come with hoses) £250
340/345mm discs £120
Or no brackets and TTRS 370mm discs £400
And they bolt straight on instead of having centring rings and other bits. Seems like they've made it complicated for no reason.

Thanks for help mate. More I look into this I'm realising there's no such thing as a cheap 4 pot kit. They're like double the price of s3/r32 brakes so that might be what I go for thanks for help

Yeah brakes are never cheap but are the most important thing after tyres. I'm finally doing the R32 rear kit which is £500 I didn't wanna spend but it is needed. I would recommend stretching to 4pots if you can, they are much better in brown trouser moments.

Not sure if you like these discs but they're cheaper if you buy them from Amazon.es than from Amazon.co.uk.
Brembo Sport 340 mm TT-S discs: http://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B005O9EGL6?psc=1 (http://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B005O9EGL6?psc=1)
~£ 72
The AKS brackets and HEL hoses now cost £260 + shipping.
