Hi guys :happy2:
I am just at a bit of a cross road and i need some help. :driver:
I am looking at purchasing either the edition30 (option 1) with a bit higher mileage then a stock GTi (option 2)
option 1 http://www.motors.co.uk/car-39264311/sp
option 2 http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/volkswagen/golf-gti-mk5-mk6/volkswagen-golf-mk5-gti-------------------2008/4842557

91k with a good history and as long as you continue a good maintenance regime isn't an issue really. I would but the ED30 every time
-
dumb question guys but i been trying to find out if they do the cam-belt and water-pump at the same?
The cam-belt was done but no mention of water-pump.
Where would you suggest on just the pump replacement getting done
-
They should always be done at the same time.
Where depends where you are, any decent independent will be fine.
-
You can get a better and lower mileage ed30 for thag price mate
-
Cost effective to do the waterpump and cambelt at the same time, as you have to take the belt of to do the pump, save on labour costs in the future.
