Hi
A friend of my wife's owns his own garage. He has upgraded all my brakes, discs and pads..
Don't know exactly what he has upgraded to yet, but they are race pagid version ....
He has also replaced brake fluid for the one you lot suggested , blue something ( can't remember :ashamed:
What price roughly would be a good price ?
Thanks

Going on the information you have given I would say a fair price to pay would be somewhere between £200-£3,000.
Hope that helps. :happy2:
-
So did he not give you a quote?
-
Brake disc and pads all round ain't cheap
-
Haha thanks AndyR43 :ashamed:
Yes he quoted ' around ' £300
The reason I ask is that it seems to cheap !
New brake discs front back ... Says Pagid HQ on invoice
Front £72 Back £57
Pads front back
Front £29:10 Back £28:15
Brake fluid flush and change Ate super blue £22
Brake kit ( sliders caliper bolts ) £9:95
Labour £65
Total £287:60

Never ever heard anyone say pagid were no good..... Not even the cheap end
I have been charged what the garage owner got them for NOT what you and me would get them for !!
As I said before, the job has been done on ' mates rates '

Sounds fair mate,
go bed in those brakes :D
