Title: Puddle light

Hiya guys & gals.

Does anyone know if I can retro fit these to a MK5 GTI that didn't come with puddle lights? http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=321599591985&alt=web Would I just need a different colour coded casing?

No. Has to be specific mirrors.

That's a bummer! I saw a how to clip on YouTube about how to do it on the MK6. Was hoping the MK5 would be the same deal :(

i fitted diffrent mirrors on my car and codded them in via vcds

i got used mirrors of ebay for £40 each and used my casings

That could be a way forward! Was it aftermarket mirrors you got or was it OEM ones from a broken car?

used oem they are actually folding as well but to get the folding to work you have to swap the window motors and they are £200 each new
