Title: Did he bag a bargain?
Post by: john87 on November 24, 2015, 12:16:03 pm
A friend of mine (who changes his car more than his underpants) last night brought down his latest purchase.. and what a purchase it was!

He picked up an '08 candy white Edition 30 5 door, high spec with only 50k on the clock after he saw it at a garage which someone had recently traded in. He paid £8.5k for it, which he thought was alright... however I think that would be an understatement!

What's peoples thoughts, is that cheap or about right, as I was looking to sell my R32 and had a figure of 10.5k in mind, even though it's done 20k more than his Ed.30

definatly a bargain seeing as any ED30 still seems to be able to hold numbers over the 10k mark these days

I thought as much... just about every car he's owned, he sells and breaks even or makes a profit  :fighting: I've told him he better keep this one!
